Move

Once you are brought to your personalised dashboard, you will see the first of our three core modules, Move. Move is a progressive physical exercise programme designed by Richard. This interactive module has guided exercises and tasks to follow throughout.

Engagement

At MyMoodandMe we will work with each company to custom design an engagement strategy that matches the culture of your office. This may be in the form of weekly check-ins from our team, visiting the staff on site to deliver support and/or one of our many designed workshops

Nourish

In your nourish module, you will have access to cooking classes carried out by our Nutritional Therapist Caroline.  You will also have access to strategies to overcome emotional and mindless eating

Inspire

Complimentary to both move & nourish your inspire programme brings together expertise from our Psychologist & Mindfulness Coach.  Nicole has designed goal setting, positive psychology activities and guided meditations while Annmarie’s mindfulness module will ensure that you have all the tools required to improve your mental fitness

MyMoodandMe TV

Along with our modules, each member has access to MyMoodandMe Tv.  This involves fortnightly interactive webinars from our health care team but also guest speakers.  If you cannot make it to the live version this isn’t an issue as we store each webinar in your library on your dashboard to view at  your convenience.

Reporting

We can also provide monthly reports on a company basis. We report on engagement, improvements in staff wellbeing and also the number of awards earned.

wake up thinking about what you can achieve today”

GRATITUDE WALL

Once you become oriented toward looking for things to be grateful for, you will find that you begin to appreciate simple pleasures and things that you previously took for granted. Gratitude should not be just a reaction to getting what you want, but an all-the-time gratitude, the kind where you notice the little things and where you constantly look for the good even in unpleasant situations. Today, post on the gratitude wall below and start bringing gratitude to your experiences, instead of waiting for a positive experience in order to feel grateful; in this way, you’ll be on your way toward becoming a master of gratitude.
