How does billing work?

All plans are billed annually in advance.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can purchase all plans directly with a credit card. Payment by bank transfer can be arranged for Enterprise plans.

How does the demo work?

Once you request a demo one of our team will be in touch to organise a run through of the programme with you.  We will then organise a site meeting or we can go through the demo online.

Is there a setup fee?

If you would like our team to manage the engagement, we will design an engagement strategy customised for your company – a set up fee is then required.

Can I cancel anytime?

There are no mandatory long term contracts with MyMoodandMe. Our plans can be cancelled at anytime.
